Returns

To Make a return your return must first meet these five rules.

1. The item(s) is new and unopened.
2. Delivery to you was made less than 32 days ago.
3. You have a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
4. The item is not a toilet seat. For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns on toilet seats.

Additional Return Policies

1. We do deduct the actual shipping charges.
   2. There is a 15% restocking charge on returns.
