Genuine Gerber A568055NNP-51 brushed nickel spray head. This spray head is designed for the Gerber pre rinse faucet model D451288. The total length of the spray head, measured from the top of the thread to the bottom of the spray head is approximately 3 1/2 inches. The outer diameter of the threads is roughly 3/4 of an inch. The A568055NNP-51 comes complete with the selector switch, and the aerator. This sprayer offers 2 different spray functions. One being the wide spray, and the other being the center spray.
