Gerber Genuine A507178 Check Valve

Genuine Gerber A507178 check for stop. This will fit some Gerber, and Danze pressure balance valves. This part also replaces old part A603933. The Gerber A507178 comes complete with the rubber O-ring located on the bottom side of the hex nut. It will also come with the spring loaded end at the bottom with the plastic stop. This piece is designed to make maintenance on the valve a lot easier by allowing you to shut off the water supply at the valve. Instead of shutting the main water supply to home off. To do this you would use a Philips head screw driver to thread the end of the check valve inwards. The total length of the A507178 is approximately 2 1/8 inches with the spring extended.
